ORDER

This petition is filed praying to direct the respondent herein to register the case based on the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Tittagudi in Crl.M.P.No.2090 of 2024 dated 19.07.2024.

submitted that, already a case has been registered in Crime No.197 of 2024 for the offences under Section 191(2), 329(4), 296(b) and 115(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, (i.e. BNS), 2023 and Sections 351(2) and 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act and Section 92(a) of the Rights of Persons with Disabiliteis Act.
