This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Cr.No.821 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Selaiyur for offences under Sections 151, 157, 353 IPC r/w Sec 7(1)(a) of Criminal Law Amendment Act, 2005, Chennai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that investigation is over and the charge sheet would be filed within a short period.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after filing charge sheet by the respondent police.
