COMMON ORDER This writ petition is filed challenging the Check Memo No.6 & 7 of 2017 dated 17.10.2017 on the file of the respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner in favour of B.Kavitha and L.A.Boopathy respectively dated 16.10.2016.

2. When the matter were taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the reliefs sought for herein have become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
