This Habeas Corpus Petitions is allowed and the Detention Order passed by the second respondent in R.C.No.649/2025/M6, D.O.No.25/2025, dated 04.08.2025 is hereby set aside.

2. The detenu, viz.Arun @ Attu Arun, S/o. Rajendiran, aged 25 years, now confined in the Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai is hereby directed to be set at liberty forthwith unless his presence is required in connection with any other case.
