This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Cr.No.673 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Neelangarai for offences under Section 75 of Tamil Nadu City Police Act r/w Section 7(1)(a) CLA 2005, Chennai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that investigation is over and the charge sheet would be filed within a short period.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after filing charge sheet by the respondent police.
