Though the writ petition is filed for writ of certiorarified mandamus, today when the matter is called up, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they have submitted a representation dated 07.12.2022 before the second respondent and would request that the second respondent may be directed to consider the representation and pass orders within a period of two weeks, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
2. As there are some doubts raised by the learned Special Government Pleader on the representation dated 07.12.2022 given by the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation. 2/4

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents and on receipt of the said representation, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
