The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents submits that the official respondents had already filed an intra-Court appeal in W.A.No.3354 of 2024 challenging the very same impugned order.

When that being so, the present petitioner (proposed appellant), being the Headmaster of the School concerned where a third party has been directed to be appointed as the Correspondent, by which, he claims to have been aggrieved. Therefore, he seeks to challenge the said order dated 13.12.2023, which is impugned in the proposed writ appeal.

Having been satisfied with the reasons, the petition filed seeking leave stands ordered.
