ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.03 of 2019 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Polur, Thiruvannamalai District and quash the FIR pending against the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first and third respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed in Spl.S.C.No.4 of 2020 before the Special Court for SC/ST Cases, Thiruvannamalai.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
