Mr.Abishek Murthy, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondent. With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2025.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since there is some dispute with respect to the petitioner's property, he initally made an appliction to the respondent on 04.06.2025 seeking certified copy of the sale deed dated 06.09.1991 registered as Document No.117 of 1992 on the file of the respondent. But instead of issuing the the same, the respondent issued incorrect sale deed dated 07.02.1997 registered as Document No.117 of 1997. Therefore the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondent on 23.07.2025 requesting to provide correct certificate copy of the document. Since no action has been taken on the said representation till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief. 2/6

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent would consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the limited scope of relief sought for in this Writ Petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.07.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
