This Court by its order dated 02.11.2023 has directed the learned counsel for the petitioners to take fresh steps to serve notice to the respondents through Court as well as privately and also directed the learned counsel for the petitioners to pay the batta within three Court working days, failing which, the aforesaid Civil Revision Petition shall stands dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
2. Despite the aforesaid order dated 02.11.2023, learned counsel for the petitioners has not taken any steps to serve notice to the respondents till date.
3. Hence, as per the order dated 02.11.2023, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed for default. No costs.
