This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 1392 days in filling the accompanying petition to set aside the dismissal order made in W.P.No.14070 of 2010 dated 05.11.2019.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this W.M.P.No.33822 of 2023 stands allowed. The unnumbered miscellaneous petition to restore the W.P.No.14070 of 2010 stands allowed.
