There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that the petitioner has ceased to operate and has filed a copy of the communication dated 31.10.2022 received from the Sub Inspector of Police, Komaralingam Police Station, Komaralingam, Thiruppur District. Content of the said communication dated 31.10.2022 reads as under:- Instructions. I respectfully submit that this petitioner establish a society in the name and style of Kozhumam Kongu Malar Manamakizh Mandram at Kozhumam, Madathukulam under the promise of Promoting games, activities for promotion, welfare of the youth and Children of the particular locality. But with ulterior Motive for his own profiting, he only concentrate and promote rummy. Further this respondent submits that this petitioner closed his society activities in the year 2018 on that score itself this petition must be rejected.

I hereby humbly submit that the averments found in para 4 of the petitioner's affidavit is denied as false and incorrect. And this petitioner mentioned that the 3rd respondent and his policemen called "Special Team" frequent visits to the petitioner's society without any basis or valid evidence and equally denied that we never caused mental agony to him or his society members and employees. And these respondents are well abiding to the Constitution of our Nation and never attempted to violate any of the provisions of Constitution.
