C.R.P.No.619 of 2020 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J., Learned Counsel for Respondents 3 to 5 submitted that the Wakf Board has no documents to prove their claim over the suit properties, for more than 100 years.

Respondents 3 to 5 and their ancestors were in possession. This is the third litigation between the Wakf Board, the Revision Petitioner and Respondents 3 to 5. In earlier litigation, Respondents 3 to 5 went up to the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Only after the judgment in their favour was confirmed, they had executed sale deed in favour of the Revision Petitioner. It is further submitted that the Wakf Tribunal has not at all considered the evidence.
