[hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner adverting to support affidavit submitted that the original impugned notice was not readily available and therefore, photocopy of the impugned notice was filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of the support affidavit, which reads as follows:

W.M.P.No.38063 of 2024 in W.P.No.35151 of 2024 the same was missing when approaching the 4th and 5th respondents regarding the issue pertaining to the clarification of the property....'
