This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.Not known of 2022 for the alleged offences under Sections 406 & 420 of IPC.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that enquiry has been conducted in CSR.No.245/2022 and found that no case is pending against the petitioner as on date and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
