This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P. No.407 of 2019 on the file of Family Court, Cuddalore and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Cheyyar to be tried along with H.M.O.P. No.158 of 2019.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition as the parties have settled their dispute. He also circulated a letter dated 22.12.2021 to that effect.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
