The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent stated that there is a process to detain the petitioner under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition after a period of four weeks, if the said process is not completed.
