O R D E R

This revision is filed seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.2 of 1994, pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Sankari, within a time frame.

2. Considering the nature of order to be passed in this revision which will in no way cause any prejudice to the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the above suit has been filed for partition in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the year 1994 and the same is pending disposal for more than 25 years. He further submitted that an application filed for rejection of plaint was dismissed by the trial Court on 25.10.2019 and hence seeks early disposal of the suit within a time frame.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer made in the revision, the learned Subordinate Judge, Sankari, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.2 of 1994, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to both the parties, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This revision is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
