This petition has been filed to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with crime No. 542 of 2025.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with others tried to made preparation to commit dacoity. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the gravity of offence and also the petitioner is having 10 previous cases including offence under Sections 302. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
