ORDER

Heard Mr.C.Chokkalingam, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent submitted that proceedings have been issued for issuance of joint patta and has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar dated 28.10.2025. In such view of the matter, no contempt is made out.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed.
