ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 12.04.2024 made in W.P.No.10011 of 2024, directing the respondent to issue joint patta.

2.It is now submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, though the order of this Court has been complied with and the petitioner's name has also been included in the joint patta, the said correction has to be carried out in the computerised patta also.

3.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that the same will be carried out within a week by removing the names of unnecessary persons.

4.In such view of the matter, since the order of this Court has been complied with, no further orders are required and this Contempt Petition is closed.
