3. N.RAJESWARI W/o.Nagappan, NO.13, Venugopal Street, West Saidapet, Chennai 600 015.

.. Petitioners/Applicants This Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to extend the time for executing a personal bond by the petitioners in O.P.NO.220 of 2019.

This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: This application is filed to extend the time for executing a personal bond by the petitioners in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ O.P.No.220 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that by earlier order dated 28.08.2019, O.P.No.220 of 2019 was allowed by granting Letters of Administration to the petitioners in respect of the estate of the deceased C.Munusamy, subject to the execution of bond for Rs.10,000/- each in favour of the Assistant Registrar (O.S.II), High Court, Madras. He further submitted that the said bond could not be executed within the three month period on account of illness of the first petitioner. Therefore, he requests for extension.

3. Upon considering the submissions of the learned counsel and on examining the affidavit in support of the application, I am of the view that the applicant has made out a case for extending the time for executing the bond. Accordingly, this application is allowed and time for execution of the bond, as per the earlier order dated 28.08.2019, is extended by a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
