2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not able to get instructions from the petitioner and filed a memo to that effect.
3. The learned Senior Panel counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that license was expired in the year 2009 and thereafter, no application was filed for renewal. Hence, the matter has become infructuous.
