JUDGMENT
(Judgment of this Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH.J) This Writ Appeal has been filed to set aside the order dated 12.07.2024 made in W.P.No.18772 of 2024.
2. The order of the Additional Commissioner of Labour, passed in P.G.A.No.24 of 2023 etc., batch dated 22.09.2023, wherein the gratuity amount payable was computed, was put under challenge before the Writ Court. The order of the Writ Court in W.P.No.18772 of 2024 dated 12.07.2024, directing the appellant to pay the balance of the gratuity amount, excluding 50% of the amount already paid, is put under challenge before this Court.
3. It is now represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that
the balance 50% of the gratuity amount, as directed by the Writ Court, has been paid to the third respondent.
4.The learned counsel for the third respondent also endorses the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant.
5. As such the issue in hand has become infructuous and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Appeal and the same stands closed. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
