ORDER

The Petitioner challenges the order of his transfer from Samarajapettai to Pukkampatti within the same Block by the impugned order dated 31.08.2004. The Petition filed seeking for interim stay was dismissed by this Court on 08.11.2004 in WPMP No.32294 of 2004.

Having regard to the lapse of time, the question of transfer does not survive for consideration at this stage and the matter has become infructuous. In these circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
