Respondents Prayer in the Writ petition: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned orders issued by the 4th respondent Assistant Treasury Officer, Paramathi in Na.Ka.No.151/2016/A dated 28.12.2016 and quash the same and further direct the respondents herein to refund the petitioner a sum of Rs.3,43,090/- (which he was forced to pay and recover so far from his pension) with interest thereon .
