This miscellaneous petition has filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd appellant, to set aside the said abatement and to bring on record the legal representative of the deceased 2nd appellant.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title in the above appeal suit.
