This Petition has been filed to relax the anticipatory bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on everyday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.23280 of 2024 order dated 23.09.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for 34 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23280 of 2024 on 23.09.2024 in para No.6(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders.
