This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Spl.CC.No. 87 of 2022 on the file of the Special Court for EC and NDPS Act, Salem.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused person with the possession of 100 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and also final report has been filed in this case. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the contraband seized from the accused persons is commercial quantity. Hence, he prays to dismiss this petition.

5. Considering the fact that the contraband seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity and he is having three previous cases. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. Further, the Trial Court is directed to complete the trial as early as possible.
