ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to measure the land comprised in S.F.No.766/4, 766/5, 766/6 measuring an extent of 0.0.8400, 0.1.4300, 0.0.7000 respectively, in Jambukuttapatti village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District and earmark the boundareis by considering the online application No.2025/N123/31/ 007566 dated 3.6.2025

2. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 2/6

petitioner is in enjoyment of the subject property. On 03.06.2025, he filed an online application before the 1st respondent to measure the subject land and earmark the boundaries therein. However, the said application was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this writ petition.

5. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would request this Court to grant 4 weeks time to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner.

6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

7. In the case on hand, the petitioner is in enjoyment of the subject property. On 03.06.2025, he filed an online application before the 1st respondent to measure the subject land and earmark the boundaries therein. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date.

In view of the above, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 03.06.2025 and measure and earmark the boundaries at the petitioner's land, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If there is any obstruction in the aforesaid process, the respondents are at liberty to avail necessary police protection from the jurisdiction police station till the completion of process.

9. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
