O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2025 seeking patta in respect of the property bearing Plot No.5, measuring an extent of 2400 sq.ft situated in Survey No.387/1A1A, Tambaram Zone, Chengelpattu District.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused all the materials placed before this Court. 3.

On perusal of records, it is revealed that the petitioner purchased the subject property and it was regularised under the innocent purchasers scheme. Further, he was also directed to apply patta for the subject property by the proceedings of the Commissioner of Land Administration dated 03.05.2023. Therefore, the petitioner is entitled for patta for the subject property.

In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to apply for 2/4

patta for the subject property through online with requisite fees. On receipt of the application, the second respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and issue patta in respect of the subject land within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the aforesaid application.

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
