This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.26 of 2025 pending on the file of the Respondent.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner committed sexual assault on the victim girl. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the gravity of offence and also it requires detailed investigation. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
