ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the Final Report/Charge sheet filed by the respondent in S.T.C.No.4012 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Coimbatore insofar as the petitioner herein is concerned.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. A perusal of records show that there is a specific allegation against this petitioner. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the final report filed against the petitioner. The defence taken by the petitioner are all matter for trial.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner shall take all his defence before the trial Court pending trial. 2/4
