This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.16822 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.24315 of 2022 on 09.11.2022 to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
