Crl.M.P.No.16387 of 2024 in Crl.A.Sr.No.59193 of 2024 P.VELMURUGAN, J This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 187 days in filing the criminal appeal against the order dated 08.03.2024 in C.C.No.137 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court-III, Thiruppathur, along with Special Leave Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. Despite service of notice on the respondents and their names have been printed in the cause list, none appeared on the side of the respondents either in person or through counsel.

4. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory, however, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.
