This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.12078 of 2023 dated 07.06.2023 in Crime No.46 of 2023.
