JUDGMENT

(Judgment of this Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH.J) It is reported by the learned counsel for the appellant that the entire gratuity amount, which is a subject matter of P.G.A.No.28 of 2023 etc., batch, has been paid to the third respondent herein.

2. The learned counsel representing the third respondent also confirms that he had received the gratuity amount. The statements of both the counsels are hereby recorded.

3.As such, the prayer that was sought for before the Writ Court has

become infructuous and hence, no effective orders required to be passed in the present appeal.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
