This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., for three months and he shall also appear before the trial court for every hearing without fail and co-operate with the trial proceedings in Crl.O.P.No.21110 of 2023 dated 12.10.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
