ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 7 to conduct enquiry against the 8th respondent for certain alleged irregularities in allotment of the lands.

2. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner is none other than the blacklisted contractor. The very conduct of the petitioner indicates that he has some motive in filing this writ petition. Now, it is also brought to the notice of this Court that on the basis of the alleged complaint, the Vigilance and Anti Corruption conducted enquiry and found that it is only vague allegations and nothing has been unearthed against the 8th respondent.

Though the petitioner having given the alleged complaint, when he was called for enquiry on 11.01.2023, he has not appeared before the authorities and he has simply replied to the effect that since, he has already filed a writ petition before this Court, he will wait for the outcome of the writ petition. The very conduct of the petitioner indicates that he is not willing to co-operate with the enquiry, the complaint is only to settle his personal score against the TAHDCO, where he has been blacklisted. Such view of the matter this Court is of the view that the complaint is prima faciely nothing but a frivolous complaint.
4. Such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that this type of filing writ petitions is nothing but frivolous in nature and is only to settle personal scores. They cannot use the Court as a platform to settle their 3/6
personal score.
5. Though, this Court, initially was inclined to impose heavy cost, considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
