The petitioner in Crime No.19 of 2022, registered under Sections 420 IPC and Section 21(3), 23 BUDS Act and 5 of TNPID Act 1997, later altered to Sections 409, 420 IPC and Sections 21(3), 23 BUDS Act and 5 of TNPID Act, 1997 seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is stated that final report had been filed in Crime No.19 of 2022, before the Special Court under the TNPID Act, Chennai, showing the petitioner as an absconding accused.
