This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1657 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.The Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent remained ex-parte before the Tribunal and hence, notice to the first respondent is dispensed with.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the second respondent.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 1657 days is condoned and this petition is ordered. It is made clear that the petitioner/appellant is not entitled for any interest for the compensation amount enhanced, if any, in the appeal.
