Though this Court, on several occasions, extended time to execute the commissioner's warrant, the applicant could not trace out the vehicle and therefore, the warrant has not been executed so far.

2. In view of the above, this application is closed. However, the applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application in accordance with law.
