This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant stay of operation of the judgment and decree of the IV Additional District and Sessions Court, Thiruvallur at Ponneri, dated 31.03.2022, allowing A.S.No.12 of 2019 and dismissing cross objections of 2019 filed by the appellant pending disposal of the second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The suit filed by the appellant stands dismissed by virtue of the Judgment and decree passed by the first Appellate Court.

Therefore, there is nothing to execute. Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
