and S.Sounthar,J This petition has been filed by the brother of the detenu, seeking for a direction to the 1st to 3rd respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's brother before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The brother of the petitioner, viz., P.Udhayakumar, aged 42 years, is present before this Court. He would state that he left the house on his own accord and that there is no illegal detention.
