ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order of Proclamation of Sale dated 09.12.2019 by Public Auction as made in E.P.No.111 of 2017 in O.S.No.136 of 2014 on the file of the District Court, Cuddalore.

Mr.M.Aravind Subramaniam, Senior Counsel for Ms.K.Gayathri, learned counsel submits that the proceedings arise against the execution and that pending the Revision, entire amount has been settled and the E.P. has also been closed. The learned counsel had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. 3.

Recording the said settlement, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
