The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 430 IPC and Section 21(5) of Mines and Minerals Development Regulation Act 1957 in Crime No.474 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the respondent is that they found Tractor bearing Registration No. Tamil Nadu 23 AD 4387 illegally transporting 3/4 units of sand. The petitioner ran away from that place. There are 10 previous cases against the petitioner herein.
3. It is clear that the petitioner is in the habit of transporting illegal sand, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Petition stands dismissed.
