O R D E R

The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of R.L.T.O.P.No.1 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif at Tiruvallur.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 09.12.2024, I called for a report from the learned Principal District Munsif at Tiruvallur to state as to how long she requires to dispose of R.L.T.O.P.No.1 of 2022.

3. The learned Principal District Munsif at Tiruvallur has sent a report stating that the said R.L.T.O.P. is posted for disposal on 16.12.2024 and therefore, she requests ten days time to dispose of the said R.L.T.O.P.

4. Today, Ms.S.Suseela Devi represents that the learned Principal District Munsif at Tiruvallur has posted R.L.T.O.P.No.1 of 2022 for pronouncing orders on 21.01.2025.

5. In the light of the above submissions as well as the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif at Tiruvallur to dispose of R.L.T.O.P.No.1 of 2022, as per the report sent by her on 14.12.2024, by 30.01.2025.
