This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of order dated 16.12.2022 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 21242 of 2022 for the time being.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Writ Petition, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
3. Mr. C.Samivel, learned Senior Central Government Standing Counsel takes notice for respondents 1 and 3.
4. Notice to the respondents 2, 4 to 8 returnable by 03.01.2023. Private notice is also permitted.
5. Post the matter on 03.01.2023.
