Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the Third Respondent in No.T.IX15/2016-Estt-DA-3 dated 28.12.2016 and quash the same and direct the Respondents to process the petitioner's Voluntary Retirement Application dated 11.11.2016 at her present station itself, namely, CRPF Group Centre, Avadi and permit her to voluntarily retire from service with all attendant benefits including arrears of salary due to the petitioner so as to enable her to undergo the IVF medical treatment being taken by her.
