This Writ Petition is filed praying for an issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2022 and to pass appropriate orders restraining the respondents 7 to 9.

2. Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate taking notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2, submitted that the respondents 1 & 2 would consider the petitioner's representation, on merits and as per law, within a time frame stipulated by this court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 15.12.2022, on merits and in

accordance with law, and pass orders, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
